Fiddling With Guns

My Rabbit Room compatriot Pete Peterson is finishing up the thousandth edit of his debut novel and reports that it is nearly ready for public consumption. The book is called The Fiddler’s Gun, and he’s promoting it now with a site dedicated to all things Fiddler’s Gun.
The Fiddler’s Gun website is home to frequent musings by the author and details about the book, which sounds like a great read. And how cool is that name? I need Pete to come up with a name for my book.
The concept of dedicating a website to your book project is one that had been suggested to me a while back and which is being pursued as we speak for my own project. So I am thrilled to see what Pete’s doing so I can copy some things from him. Hey, it worked in school.
Note: Kids, don’t copy. And don’t smoke, or go near fires that have smoke in them. Plus, don’t fiddle with guns.
Note the second: No matter how I rail against Twitter, Pete’s twitty tweets and Facebook updates are the funniest around. Like this one from a couple of days back: “Fell in a hole today during a company safety meeting. I win.” See them at his website.
